Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- oregano - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- onion - 1 item
- garlic - 1/8 tsp
- can Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Note: Use as much cheese as you like.Boil noodles according to box. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain, then add paste, soup, mushrooms, sauce, oregano and garlic. Simmer for 25 minutes, covered. Layer your noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, then 1/2 of sauce, then cheeses in that order. Repeat, finishing with noodles. Bake, covered with foil, at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
