Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 item
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 pkg
- lasagne noodles - 1 pkg
How to make lasagne:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add oregano, tomato paste, soup, water, vinegar and garlic salt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Cook lasagne noodles as directed. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer noodles, sauce, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with Mozzarella cheese.
