Ingredients/Components
- bay leaf - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- oregano - 1 tsp
- can tomato paste - 1 oz
- red wine
- each sugar and salt - 1 Tbsp
- whole tomatoes - 1 lb
- each Mozzarella, Parmesan, Ricotta cheese and noodles, cooked - 1 lb
- hamburger or substitute Italian sausage, browned
- minced onion and clove of garlic, sauteed in oil - 1/2 item
How to make lasagna:
Sauce:1 lb. hamburger or substitute Italian sausage, browned1/2 minced onion and clove of garlic, sauteed in oil1 lb. whole tomatoes1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste1 1/2 c. red wine1 bay leaf1 tsp. oregano1 Tbsp. each sugar and salt Layer sauce, noodles, sauce, noodles, Ricotta, Parmesan and then Mozzarella.
