Beef nacho casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- chunky salsa - 12 oz
- crushed tortilla chips, divided - 2 c
- sweet corn, drained - 1 c
- Colby/Monterey Jack cheese - 2 c
How to make beef nacho casserole:
Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato and sour cream if desired.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
