Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- seasoning salt - 1 item
- 2-inch thick lamb chops
How to make lamb chops:
Melt butter; add vinegar and sprinkle of garlic powder. Pour over lamb chops. Sear under broiler only until brown on both sides. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoning salt on both sides. If necessary, transfer to a baking pan. Add enough water in bottom of pan to avoid sticking. Cook at 325° for 2 hours. Serve with mint jelly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Lamb/sheep.
