  • milk - 1 c
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • cooked chicken - 3 lb
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1/2 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • can Ro-Tel, drained - 1 item
  • medium Doritos - 3/4 pkg
  • medium sized onion, chopped fine - 1 item

How to make king ranch chicken:

Crush Doritos chips slightly in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Place cooked chicken pieces on top of chips. Combine rest of ingredients except cheese. Cook. Pour over chicken and cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. (This can be prepared and refrigerated the day before serving.)
