Kentucky bourbon balls

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/3 c
• finely chopped pecans - 1/2 lb
• light corn syrup - 1/2 c
• bourbon - 1/3 c
• chocolate sprinkles - 1 item
• box chocolate wafers, crushed into crumbs - 1 oz

How to make kentucky bourbon balls:

Mix chocolate wafers, pecans, cocoa powder and sugar. Stir in corn syrup and bourbon. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in chocolate sprinkles. Store in refrigerator. Makes 5 dozen.
