- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- cake mix 1 layer type - 1 pkg
How to make jiffy cake:
Bake cake according to directions. Put it into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Cool. Put instant pudding, cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups milk into bowl and beat well. Put pudding mixture on cool cake; add drained pineapple over top, then add Cool Whip over the top of that. Top with coconut, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
