Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- flour, sifted - 2 c
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Filling:1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. nuts Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients together and add to cream mixture alternating with sour cream. Stir in vanilla. Mix filling ingredients. Grease Bundt pan. Pour half of cake mixture, then 1/2 of filling, then last half of cake mixture, then last half of filling.
