  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • or 5 apples, sliced - 4 item

How to make jewish apple cake:

Cream the first 3 ingredients together until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking powder with orange juice and vanilla. Fold in apples with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from pan 1 hour after baking.
