- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- or 5 apples, sliced - 4 item
How to make jewish apple cake:
Cream the first 3 ingredients together until light and fluffy. Add flour and baking powder with orange juice and vanilla. Fold in apples with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from pan 1 hour after baking.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
