Jerusalem artichoke relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- ground red pepper - 2 tsp
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- white vinegar - 1 c
- ground mustard - 1 tsp
- artichokes - 3 lb
How to make jerusalem artichoke relish:
Wash and scrape artichoke tubers. Place in sterilized pint size jars. Mix other ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over artichokes. Seal jars. Allow to set one month before using.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Garnishes.
