Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- salad dressing - 1 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- horseradish - 1 2
- each: lime and lemon jello - 1 pkg
How to make jello salad:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add crushed pineapple with juices. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat with mixer until light and fluffy. Mix together evaporated milk, salad dressing, cottage cheese, horseradish and nuts. Fold into whipped jello. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart salad mold and refrigerate until firm.
