Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- evaporated milk - 3/4 c
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- unbaked 8-inch pie shell - 1 item
- Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling
How to make jello pudding pecan pie:
Blend pie filling mix with corn syrup. Gradually stir in evaporated milk and egg. Then add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes. Cool at least 3 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
