Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- cornstarch
- small can pineapple - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- large box strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
- graham crackers - 1 item
- ground nuts - 1 c
How to make jello cake:
Mix Jell-O. Let set until thick but not firm. Beat margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Mix milk and cornstarch; cook until thick. Let cool, then mix with sugar mixture. Beat until fluffy. Drain pineapple; mix it, ground nuts and vanilla with other mixture. In an 8 x 8-inch pan, place whole crackers in bottom. Pour filling in. Place another layer of crackers.
