  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • nuts pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • deep dish pie shells - 2 item

How to make japanese fruit pie:

Mix all ingredients, except vinegar and pie shells. Add the vinegar to the mixture. Pour into shells. Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes, or until brown.
