Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- raisins - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- eggs save whites - 2 item
How to make japanese fruit pie:
Mix yolks of eggs, sugar and melted butter. Add coconut, pecans and raisins. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture last. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook one hour at 300°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
