Jalapeno cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- corn meal - 2 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- buttermilk - 1 c
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- jalapeno peppers - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 c
- garden green onion - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
How to make jalapeno cornbread:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.P. S. Serve with a large pot of greens.
