Jalapeno cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- cornmeal - 2 c
- grated onion - 1 c
- grated cheese Cheddar
- 303 can cream-style corn
- or 5 jalapeno peppers, chopped - 4 item
How to make jalapeno cornbread:
Combine cornmeal, flour, salt, sugar and baking powder and stir in eggs (beaten slightly), milk and oil. Mix well. Add corn and remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 375° about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Pasta, rice and grains.
