Jalapeno cheese dip
Ingredients/Components
- salad dressing - 1 qt
- to 3 cloves garlic - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 2 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- can jalapeno peppers - 12 oz
How to make jalapeno cheese dip:
Remove stems and seeds from jalapeno peppers, saving the liquid. Remove cheese from refrigerator and grate. Let stand until room temperature. Grind together the peppers, onion and garlic. Place cheese in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add the pepper mixture and the liquid and blend for 5 minutes. Add salad dressing, increase speed of mixer and let mix until smooth.
