Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, diced - 1/2 item
- green pepper, diced - 1/3 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- noodles
- ground round - 2 lb
- large and 1 small can tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make jackpot casserole:
Saute ground round, green pepper and onion. Cook noodles; drain. Add corn, soup, tomato sauce, chili and salt and pepper to taste. Place in a casserole and top generously with grated cheese. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
