Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 beaten
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
- trimmed pork chops - 4 item
How to make italian pork chops:
Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dredge pork chops in crumbs, then in egg mixture and again in crumb mixture. Place in Pyrex dish that has 1/4 cup melted butter in it. Bake 1 hour at 325°. Turn after 30 minutes.Recipe works well for boneless chicken, too.
