Irish soda bread

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 item
• sour cream - 1 pt
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 2 Tbsp
• pinch of salt - 1 item
• raisins - 1/2 c
• beaten egg - 1 item
• sugar or 1/2 c - 1 c

How to make irish soda bread:

Mix by hand flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, egg, raisins and sour cream. Spray 2 (1-pound) coffee cans. Bake bread in cans or 1 1/2-quart loaf. Keep it moist. Take out of cans when cooled. Wrap in Saran Wrap and put lid on. Will keep fresh 2 weeks.
