  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • tomato, diced - 1 item
  • envelopes taco seasoning - 2 item

How to make impossible taco pie:

Grease a square baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown. Drain. Stir in seasoning. Spoon into plate. Beat Bisquick, milk and 2 eggs with wire whisk or hand beater, until almost smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 25 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomato and if desired, sour cream. Serves 6 to 8.
