  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • head lettuce, shredded - 1/4 item
  • tomato, diced - 1 item
  • envelopes taco seasoning mix dry - 2 item

How to make impossible taco pie:

Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch, or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch. Cook and stir the ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix; spoon into pie plate.

Beat baking mix, milk and eggs until almost smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake in oven at 400° about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and tomato.
