Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • salad dressing - 1/4 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • Miracle Whip - 1/2 c
  • chopped cucumber - 1/4 c
  • can salmon - 1 lb
  • packaged seasoned bread stuffing

How to make salmon casserole:

Sauce:1/2 c. sour cream1/4 c. salad dressing1/4 c. chopped cucumber1/4 c. chopped onion Drain salmon and flake in a large bowl. Beat egg and add to salmon. Add can of undiluted cream of celery soup. Mix well. Add chopped onion, salad dressing, lemon juice, bread cubes and salt. Lightly grease a loaf pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.

While this is baking, mix sauce ingredients together and put in refrigerator to chill as flavor blends. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
