  • uncooked macaroni - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • milk
  • eggs - 4 item
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • red pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese additional for topping - 1/4 c

How to make impossible macaroni and cheese pie:

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie plate.

Mix 2 cups cheese and macaroni. Sprinkle in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients, except 1/4 cup cheese, until smooth, about 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake for 40 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts.
