  • milk
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled - 12 item
  • shredded natural Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • Bisquick or other baking mix - 3/4 c

How to make impossible bacon pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, onion and cheese in plate. Beat together milk, eggs and Bisquick for 1 minute until smooth. Pour into pie plate and bake 35 to 40 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool 5 min
