Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- coconut - 7 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 6 oz
- lemon ice cream, softened - 1/2 gal
How to make ice cream squares:
Melt butter in saucepan; add coconut and almonds. Brown. Add brown sugar, stirring until melted. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 of the mixture. Spread with ice cream. Top with remaining mixture; freeze. Cut into squares and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Eggs/dairy, Frozen desserts.
