- cans Eagle Brand milk - 2 item
- whole milk as needed to fill can - 1 item
- For 6 Quarts:9 large eggs
How to make ice cream:
For 6 Quarts:9 large eggs9 Tbsp. sugar3 cans Eagle Brand milk whole milk as needed to fill can1 1/2 to 2 tsp. vanilla Separate eggs and whip egg whites until fluffy, adding sugar gradually.
