  • whole milk as needed to fill can - 1 item
  • For 6 Quarts:9 large eggs

How to make ice cream:

For 6 Quarts:9 large eggs9 Tbsp. sugar3 cans Eagle Brand milk whole milk as needed to fill can1 1/2 to 2 tsp. vanilla Separate eggs and whip egg whites until fluffy, adding sugar gradually. Mix canned milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually fold in the egg whites. Pour into freezing can and add whole milk to fill can.
