- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- boiled eggs, grated - 4 item
- medium potatoes, boiled, sliced thin, peeled - 8 item
How to make hungarian potatoes:
Mix butter, sour cream, salt and pepper (much easier to mix and pour if warm) and layer in this order in buttered pan: potatoes, eggs, sour cream mixture and bread crumbs; repeat layers. Top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
