Ingredients/Components

- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- powdered sugar - 16 oz
- crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz
- chopped bananas - 1 item
- chopped pecans, 1 c - 2 c
- Add eggs and oil; stir until ingredients are moist do not beat
How to make hummingbird cake:
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs and oil; stir until ingredients are moist (do not beat). Stir in remaining ingredients and pour in 3 greased round cake pans and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Icing:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 c. butter, softened16 oz. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Beat cream cheese and butter.
