  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar
  • medium onions, chopped - 3 item
  • green peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • jalapeno peppers, chopped - 8 item
  • tomatoes with juice - 3 qt
  • cayenne peppers, chopped - 8 item
  • cilantro, chopped fresh - 1/2 c

How to make hot tomato sauce:

Mix all vegetables together. Add vinegar and water. Bring to a boil for about 25 minutes. Put into large glass jar and refrigerate.
