- chopped sweet pickles - 2 item
- mayonnaise* - 3 Tbsp
- salt* - 1 tsp
- cooked, mashed potatoes - 4 item
- prepared mustard* - 3 Tbsp
- chopped, boiled eggs - 2 item
- sugar, may need a little more - 2 Tbsp
- onion and celery optional - 1 item
How to make hot sweet potato salad:
*You may need more if potatoes are dry.Mix all together. Serve hot.
