Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- white vinegar - 3 c
- onions - 4 lb
- hot peppers 1/2 red, 1/2 green - 60 item
How to make hot pepper relish:
Grind onions and peppers. Heat sugar, salt and vinegar to boiling. Add onion and peppers. Cook 3 minutes only. Fill sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6 pints.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Southwestern u.s..
