Hot pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- green hot peppers - 2/3 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- vinegar
- sugar - 6 c
- bottle Certo 1 pouch - 1 item
- food coloring red or green - 1 tsp
How to make hot pepper jelly:
Chop peppers and put in blender with vinegar. Add sugar and mix well. Bring mixture to a rolling boil; boil 1 minute. Strain and return to stove; bring to a boil again for 5 minutes.
