Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- seedless raisins - 1/2 c
- dry mustard
- grated orange rind - 1 tsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make raisin sauce:
Mix dry ingredients. Add water and vinegar. Boil until thick, then simmer 5 minutes. Add raisins and rind. Cool until raisins are plump. Stir in butter while warm enough to mix.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
