  • sugar - 2 3
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • vinegar - 3 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • medium potatoes - 3 item
  • celery seed - 1/4 tsp
  • slices bacon - 3 item

How to make hot german potato salad:

Boil potatoes in their jackets. Boil eggs. Meanwhile, fry bacon and crumble. After potatoes are cooked, saute onion in bacon grease until golden brown. Blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat. Pour in water and vinegar. Place on medium heat and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over sliced eggs, potatoes and bacon.
