- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- cans black-eyed peas, drained - 2 oz
- onion, sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
- cracked pepper to taste - 1 item
- buds garlic or less, minced - 2 item
How to make pickled black-eyed peas:
