  • small carton sour cream - 1 item
  • peach Jell-O
  • can large crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • jar junior baby food peaches - 1 item
  • can sliced peaches, cut bite size - 1 or
  • plain gelatin softened in 1/4 c - 1 tsp

How to make peach salad:

Drain peaches and pineapple. Heat juice in a saucepan. Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve. Add and dissolve softened gelatin. Add baby peaches, peach slices and pineapple. Place half this mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until set. Spread over the sour cream. Carefully pour over this the other half of the Jell-O mixture. Chill until set.
