Hot fudge sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- tall can evaporated milk - 1 item
- bitter chocolate - 4 sq
How to make hot fudge sauce:
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Add sugar, 3 tablespoons at a time, until all is moist. Mixture will be very dry. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Stir in salt; remove from fire. Let cool. Store in refrigerator. Add more milRecipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
