  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pepper - 1/2 c
  • dried beef, finely chopped - 2 3
  • instant onions or 3/4 finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • sour cream sauce - 1 c

How to make hot dried beef spread:

In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk and Worcestershire sauce and beat until fluffy. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. Makes 4 cups.
