- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3/4 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 2 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- diced cooked chicken - 2 c
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
How to make hot chicken salad:
Pile lightly in an 8 x 9-inch casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips (or any kind of crumbs). Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until hot.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
