Hot broccoli dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped mushrooms - 1/2 c
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained - 1 pkg
- generous squeeze lemon juice - 1 item
How to make hot broccoli dip:
Saute onion, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add to broccoli. Mix in mushroom soup and the cheese; cook over low heat until cheese is melted and well blended. A squeeze of lemon juice helps to retain the nice, green color. Serve in a chafRecipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Broccoli.
