Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- celery, chopped fine - 3 stalks
- frozen chopped broccoli - 1 pkg
- roll garlic cheese - 1 item
- small can mushroom pieces - 1 item
How to make hot broccoli dip:
Saute onion, celery and mushroom pieces in butter or margarine. Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain; add to onion mixture. Add mushroom soup. Melt cheese in double boiler or microwave; add to mixture. Serves 12.May be used as hot vegetable. Freezes beautifully.
