  • diced celery
  • celery seed
  • mayo - 3/4 c
  • pepper optional - 1 tsp
  • honey mustard - 6 Tbsp
  • chopped yellow onion - 2 Tbsp
  • bite-sized pieces cooked chicken breast meat, chilled - 5 c

How to make honey mustard chicken salad:

Combine chicken, celery and onion in a mixing bowl. In another small bowl combine mayo, mustard and seasonings. Add to chicken and toss lightly. Wonderful on croissants!
