Honey lime pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- lime juice - 1/2 c
- reduced sodium soy sauce - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- lean boneless center-cut pork chops - 6 item
How to make honey lime pork chops:
Trim fat from chops; place in a shallow baking dish. Combine lime juice and next 3 ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, turning occasionally. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add chops, reserving marinade. Brown meat 3 to 4 minutes each side. Add marinade, cover and cook 5 minutes, until done as desired. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
