Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 4
- brown sugar - 1 c
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- small carton sour cream - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
- eggs add one at a time - 4 item
- Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon
- warm water or milk enough to make thin - 1 item
How to make honey bun cake:
Beat the first 5 ingredients and pour into a well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the cake. Swirl into the cake with a small teaspoon handle. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 325°.Glaze:1/2 box powdered sugar (confectioners)4 Tbsp. melted butter warm water or milk (enough to make thin) Combine ingredients and pour glaze over hot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
