Honey bun cake
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- carton sour cream - 8 oz
- powdered sugar
- yellow cake mix with pudding - 1 pkg
How to make honey bun cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Combine first 5 ingredients; beat until smooth. Set aside. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans; set aside.Pour 1/2 of batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar mixture over batter. Repeat procedure. Gently swirl batter with knife.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle glaze over cake. Cool and cut into squares.
Glaze: Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth.
