Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • sharp cheese, grated - 2 c
  • onion, chopped and sauteed - 1 c
  • fresh cooked potatoes, cubed - 4 lb

How to make holiday potato casserole:

Mix the ingredients together. Place in large casserole dish. Let stay overnight in refrigerator (a day or two is okay). Melt margarine. Mix with crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
