- boiling water - 2 c
- red jello - 1 pkg
- Pillsbury Plus white cake mix - 1 pkg
- green jello - 1 pkg
How to make holiday poke cake:
Prepare, bake and cool cake according to directions for 2 9 inch layers. Place players, top sides up in 2 clean player pans. Pierce cakes with large fork at 1/2 inch intervals. Stir 1 c. boiling water into each flavor jello in seperate bowls. Stir 2 minutes, until dissolved. Carefully pour red gelatin over one cake layer and green over the other.
